Buy a whole Montana town for $1.4 million?

Looking to buy a house and have about a million three to kick around? In Montana, you can buy more than a house: you can buy a whole town.

Pray, Montana is currently owned by one woman, Barbara Walker, who in turn rents property to the other 10 residents. The Walkers have owned Pray since the early 1950’s. The town had decent through-traffic when it was a stop on the way to Yellowstone, but a change in the highway’s construction took Pray off that route.
