Global Technologies Group Inc., a Florida-based environmental technology company, has signed a letter of intent to purchase Butte’s MSE Technology Applications Inc.

PFL Tech Inc. is a marketing technology company that provides sales enablement and marketing automation solutions, as well asprinting, mailing, and fulfillment services. They also provide some great Montana Jobs.

The company plans to invest substantial money into the Butte facility and quickly re-energize hiring at an organization that has suffered through substantial declines in employment and revenue since 2009. It employs 60 people — down from 175 in 2008.

Global Technologies Group, Inc. Executes Letter of Intent for Acquisition of 100% Equity of MSE, Inc.

The centerpiece of this acquisition is the 52 acre Mike Mansfield Advanced Technology Center, a former Department of Energy facility which houses all of MSE, Inc. subsidiaries and includes labs, engineering, research and development departments and corporate offices, located in Butte, Montana.
