Sterling Bank Services, a nation-wide field services company, is looking for an experienced developer to join our small corporate development team in beautiful Missoula, MT. We build custom work management applications that are strategically at the heart of our company’s operations, as well applications used by some of the largest banks in the world! We’re looking for someone who:

* above all else, has excellent OO coding and design skills, with a proven track record of developing real applications that work, are reliable, testable, and maintainable

* has command of core web development skills such as HTML, XML, CSS, jQuery, Web Services/REST and one or more underlying framework for developing web applications

* has coding in their blood, coding personal projects outside of work, with a constant desire to tinker with new technologies and stay current on industry trends

* preferably has experience with multiple coding languages and frameworks

* is able to anticipate upcoming needs and schedule work to allow for multiple projects to move forward concurrently

* actively contributes alternative ideas to proposed development solutions

* has a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or mathematical field of study or equivalent experience

* is fully eligible for work in the United States, can work on-site in Missoula, and can pass a background check
