Raising employee pay tops Montana regents’ priority list

With the state of Montana expecting a budget surplus of more than $400 million, University System leaders http://mus.edu/board/BORmembers.asp are hoping the governor and Legislature will spend some of that on employee pay raises, two-year colleges, needy students, a new computer system and veterinarian training in Montana.
