Water communication strategies, step one: Listen to worldviews

Most marketing communication strategies begin with an opportunity, a target market, and plan for execution. Frequently, what is missing from this platform is what I consider the first and critical step: LISTENING. Yes, simply listen. This skill is especially important in highly political and polarizing markets, such as water, due to deeply entrenched worldviews.
