Rural Development Initiatives, a non-profit organization that assists rural community leaders to revitalize their economies, enhance livability, and strengthen their community, is hiring a Marketing and Communications Director to join our team.

Our new Marketing and Communications Director will plan, develop and implement all marketing, communications and public relations activities for the organization. This position is responsible for development, leadership and implementation of the organization’s strategic communications plan.

To qualify, candidates must have at Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) plus five years work experience with demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities. This is a part-time (0.75 FTE), salary position with excellent benefits. Hiring range is $33,750-37,500 per year. This position is based at RDI’s Eugene office.
