Experienced and dynamic team member sough for commercial portfolio analyst to assist with growing gap and bridge lending operations within innovative and driven economic development organization http://www.gfdevelopment.org .

Position will analyze financials for existing loan clients, conduct site visits with clients, and collect necessary documentation for all loan funds. Underwrite new business and commercial real estate loans. Team member needs experience with business financial analysis, underwriting, loan portfolio management, and loan closings. Experience with SBA and Economic Development an advantage.

Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent experience required.
