Sales Executive: LED Lighting and Efficiency Expert

Job Description

Sustainable Efficiency (SEI) is looking for highly capable and enthusiastic candidates to sell a wide range of LED lighting solutions to corporate clientele. SEI is a leading distributor for LED solutions focused high wattage replacements and retro-fits. This person will become part of a national sales team responsible for the every aspect of sales, coordinating installation and service of corporate customers. SEI represents LED solutions for Noribachi, Sylvania, Schott-Gemtron, and International Lighting Technologies. All candidates will need a minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience with preference given to candidates with national account sales experience. You will focus your efforts in your local territory, but provided the opportunity to sell accounts on a nationwide basis. This is a ground floor opportunity to join a team of sales professionals selling the most innovative energy saving solutions on the market. This is not an entry-level position! We are looking for seasoned sales professionals with corporate sales experience.

Responsibilities and Primary Activities

– Consultative sales approach to providing best LED solution to corporate clientele.

– Managing the installation and service of sold solutions in your market.

– Canvassing local market in addition to working with national accounts to handle nationwide installations.

– Build and manage customer pipeline to ensure long-term success

Preferred Experience

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have direct sales experience with:

– National account sales

– Vertical markets in the area of healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing, storage and technology

– 5+ years proven sales success

– New market development

Preferred Skills/Attributes

– Goal oriented, self directed when provided with sales goals and objectives

– Strong and clear communicator (Written and Verbal)

– Strong individual contributor who enjoys working with a team of professionals

– Demonstrated work ethic consistent

– Able to prioritize activities in order to accomplish sales goals and objectives.

Compensation

– SEI is looking for self-starters to work in a full commission opportunity. Target income first year is $100,000+.
