Chief Executive Officer Mountain-Pacific Quality Health http://www.mpqhf.org is an affiliation of four corporation located in Montana, Wyoming, Alaska and Hawaii.

Mountain-Pacific’s mission is to promote excellence in health care through review, education, training, communication, collaboration and partnership. Established in 1973, Mountain-Pacific is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit corporation with a physician membership. Mountain-Pacific is seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic leadership, business development, grant, governmental and private contract management, and to oversee all aspects of the organization’s numerous complex activities.

Responsibilities * Leadership and oversight assuring success of the organization * Board relations, development and recruitment * Financial oversight * Staff supervision and development * Contract compliance * Investigation and development of new business opportunities * Representation of Mountain-Pacific locally and nationally as its chief spokesperson * Maintaining relationships with associations and agencies whose goals complement those of Mountain-Pacific Qualifications * A minimum of three years executive and/or ten years management level experience in the health care industry.

Specific experience in quality improvement, utilization review services, health information technology, federal and state contracting and non-profit management * Bachelor’s Degree or above in health services administration, business administration or related education and/or experience * Excellent leadership, organizational, communication and management skills * Excellent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and interpret government regulations and legal documents * Innovative and creative problem solver. * Experience evaluating and responding to grant and contract opportunities. * Experience negotiating federal and state contracts.
