Involta LLC Announces Acquisition of SolutionPro of Boise Idaho

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Involta LLC, a Cedar Rapids Iowa based provider of high availability colocation enterprise data centers, today announced that it has acquired the assets of SolutionPro, a data center and managed services provider located in Boise, Idaho.

Under the terms of the agreement Ron Hetland, current CEO and majority owner of SolutionPro, will remain as President of the organization which will be operated as a division of Involta. Reed Disney, current COO of the firm, will remain in place as SolutionPro COO.
