National Chamber of Commerce ads irk local director

The executive director of the Butte Chamber of Commerce http://www.buttechamber.org/ said he is aggravated by a television advertisement critical of a Montana senator.

The recent ad from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce faults U.S. Sen. Jon Tester. D-Mont.

Marko Lucich, Butte chamber director, said the local chamber doesn’t support or endorse the ad.

The national chamber, Montana chamber and local Butte chamber are separate entities, he said.

Lucich questioned the national group’s decision to spend cash on the political ad.
