First Call Opens New Downtown Technology Center

First Call Computer Solutions http://www.firstsolution.com has moved to 616 S. Higgins in Missoula. For the last four years First Call Computer Solutions has been located in the old DeSmet School House just west of town. The company has been building a loyal base of business, government and education clients in Western Montana.

First Call Computer Solutions will now be providing services in the areas of Computer Networking & Phone Systems, Website & Software Development and Hosting and Hardware Repair Services and Sales from their new location just south of the Higgins Avenue Bridge.

Conor Smith, President of First Call Computer Solutions, said "We’re happy and sad about the move. The schoolhouse was very indicative of our company; because it was a school house it reinforced the fact that what we are really doing is educating. Educating Montana businesses about the technology tools available, providing them, and then teaching them how to maximize the tools with the goal of bettering the organization." The company will take this same methodology to a new 3500 square foot high tech location complete with new cabling, power upgrades, static free flooring and a secure high tech server room with dedicated AC, temperature, fire and motion monitoring.

"We are extremely excited about the new facility. It’s positive for the downtown area as well; we took a building that hadn’t had major renovation and updating for over 30 years and revamped everything inside and out. It’s a great asset to us and for Missoula!"
Despite its aesthetic value, First Call Computer Solutions remodeled the building with function in mind. From the dedicated server room, to the repair benches in the service area, to the nook up front where a repair technician can sit down with a client and review their computers’ repair, they have though of it all.
