Montana Career Opportunity – Optical Supervisor – Lattice Materials LLC

This job requires expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy in fabricating optical components for high-end military and commercial applications. We need a highly detail-oriented Optical Supervisor who will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations in the optical blanks department.

This hands-on person will lead the fabrication of silicon IR plano and spherical optical blanks. He/she will set-up and operate optical grinding and curve generation equipment. Specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity are required while working within our organizational systems and technology.

This job requires strong project leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end, while expecting the highest quality work from subordinates.
