Montana Career Opportunity – Project Manager – Work Safe Montana

WorkSafeMT http://www.worksafemt.com/ is a coordinated effort of employers, employees, providers, and other stakeholders to develop a universal expectation of workplace health and safety in Montana. The WorkSafeMT has 3 primary goals:

1. Create an Expectation of Safety in Montana’s Workplaces.

2. Eliminate Workplace Injuries, Illnesses and Fatalities in Montana.

3. Provide High-Quality, Free Safety Training to all Montana workers and businesses.

As a Project Manager this position is responsible for all aspects of multiple projects over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, and close). Is responsible for coordinating multiple objectives and tasks within WorkSafeMT Strategic Plan and Operations Plan framework and working with other WorkSafeMT Program staff, WorkSafeMT Inc. staff and Board of Directors, and a broad stakeholder network to:

1. Develop, clarify and manage project scope.

2. Develop, clarify and manage project budget.

3. Manage donor management system.

4. Create and manage project communication plans.

5. Oversee project closure.
