Revolution: Bridger Alternative Program in Bozeman, Montana reforms way kids get to graduation

Trevor Stark smiles when he talks about how he was flunking his math class at Bozeman High School, but since switching to the school’s Bridger Alternative Program this fall, he has become a math ace.

"I’ve already finished a semester of math" in just seven weeks, said 17-year-old Stark. "I’m just flying through all my stuff. I’m learning a lot more at my own pace."

Bridger has been "a lifesaver," Stark said. "I was not going to graduate if I went to Bozeman High."
