Chubbuck, Idaho Allstate Insurance Co. call center to mark grand opening – expected to create 500 jobs

The governor is expected to join Allstate Insurance Co. http://www.allstate.com representatives for the grand opening of a call center expected to create 500 jobs in southern Idaho.
Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter’s office says he is scheduled to attend the ceremony Tuesday in Chubbuck.
Allstate, which bills itself as the nation’s second-largest home and auto insurer, announced plans to build the customer service center in Idaho a year ago. The company says employees hired at the facility will help its customers around the nation who dial in to toll-free sales and service lines.
