G4S Technology selected to design and construct 90 mile fiber- optic, Montana network

G4S http://www.g4stechnology.com/ on board to improve health care information exchange, education and public safety for the great state of Montana.

G4S Technology LLC (formerly Adesta) a systems integrator and project management company for communication networks and electronic security systems, has been selected to design and install a 90-mile portion of a fiber-optic network for Health Information Exchange of Montana (HIEM). This $3.3M project began in August of 2011 and is expected to be completed by August of 2012.

G4S Technology will design and construct 90 miles of both aerial and underground fiber spanning from Libby to Kalispell, Montana in the Northwest region of the state. The goal of this phase is to establish a high-speed broadband connection from Kalispell to Libby for healthcare and healthcare education purposes.
