Film industry warns state it might lose out on future productions

Despite warnings from the film industry, Washington state is not extending its program that provides incentives to production studios. The industry warns that Washington stands to lose out on future productions. For example when despite its Washington state setting, the movie "Twilight" was shot in Vancouver, B.C. a few years ago due to the state’s inability to compete.
