Missoula’s Alter Enterprise Develops Automated Cage That Makes Bear Trapping Efforts Easier

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Wildlife experts say the automated bear trap will make their lives a lot easier, because instead of having to drive 100 miles to release a bear, all they will have to do is go on their computer, click a button, and the trap door will go up.
