Product Support Specialist

The successful candidates will serve as the company’s first line of support for the Overwatch Geospatial software applications and be located in our Missoula, MT and Sterling, VA offices.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Answering and responding to customer support calls and email inquires

* Escalating support and assigning responsibility to advanced resources where necessary

* Following up with clients and internal staff on satisfactory completion of escalated issues on and off site

* Updating Customer Databases, Knowledge Base, Support Databases and documentation

* Coordination and facilitation of product shipping when necessary

* Technical Support applicants must be flexible, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly presence with customers, great troubleshooting and follow up skills.

* Limited travel is required

Qualifications

* 2 plus years computer troubleshooting or helpdesk support experience

* Experience with multiple types of IMINT source and processed data.

* Experience with multiple IMINT analysis and GIS tools; examples being RemoteView, ELT and ArcGIS applications are desired.

* Understanding of the analytical environment with the Intelligence Community and Defense Agencies.

* Geospatial and Imagery analysis experience is desirable and a plus.

* A strong desire to work in a team environment.

* Must have working knowledge of MS Windows.

* Unix operating systems knowledge is desirable and a plus.

Individuals with current SSBI or SSBI with Polygraph clearances are especially encouraged to apply.

Specific Duties

* Direct support to the software development team to represent customer requirements and participate in product testing.

* Provide on-site support to major customers to deliver intelligence analysis based on IMINT and other types of data.

Requirements

* BA/BS in Computer Related fields desired. Practical experience in Department of Defense or Intelligence Community Agency’s may substitute for BA/BS.

* Applicants must be fully capable of using software tools that process and exploit satellite, airborne or other sources of imagery intelligence.

* Familiarity with the major types of IMINT source data for multi-source analysis and product generation.

* US citizenship required.

* Active TS/SCI security clearance desired.
