AO Hunt has merged with MYTOPO.com to offer the nation’s most comprehensive resource for hunting, fishing and outdoor recreational maps.

EAGAN, MINNESOTA/RED LODGE, MT – AO Hunt, LLC, http://www.aohunt.com which owns MapCard, and Beartooth Mapping, Inc., owner of myTopo.com, http://www.mytopo.com are
pleased to announce that they have merged operations. The merger will allow both MapCard and myTopo.com to enhance their
current offerings, giving consumers affordable access to the nation’s most advanced online mapping system and extensive choice of
customized printed maps.

"It made great sense for us to join forces," said Andy Ogren, president and founder of AO Hunt, LLC. "With our strengths combined,
we have the potential to be the best map source for all outdoor enthusiasts, from hunters to hikers."

Both companies leverage the power of the Web to provide convenient access to mapping tools. MapCard provides Internet users
access to a comprehensive and advanced mapping system that allows them to view, annotate, save and print unlimited maps,
including topos, aerial photos, and road overlays for the entire United States, and lake contours for the Midwest Region. Public land
overlays, hundreds of additional lakes and coastal areas will be added by fall.

"MapCard offers a convenient alternative to traditional CD-ROM products for a fraction of their cost," added Ogren. One year
subscriptions to the MapCard system can be purchased at http://www.MapCard.com. Retail outlets, (such as Cabella’s, Scheel’s and Gander
Mountain) are currently, or will soon be, making a credit-card sized ‘MapCard,’ with the subscription details on it, available to
customers. Regionalized MapCards for the South, Midwest, West, and Northeast will sell for as little as $9.95, with nationwide coverage
MapCards selling for $29.95.

myTopo.com (http://www.mytopo.com) is widely considered the best source for large-format, waterproof topographic maps that consumers
design and order via the Web. It has been positively reviewed in American Hunter, Outdoor Photographer, Camping Life, Canoe and
Kayak and many more of the leading publications for the outdoor industry. myTopo.com will continue to offer its popular,
print-on-demand service for waterproof topo maps and will soon add additional choices for its customers, including the ability to
design and order customized aerial photos.

The goal of the merger is to offer a variety of product choices, from the powerful MapCard system to myTopo’s quality printed maps.
Eventually both systems will work together allowing the user to center their topo, aerial photo or lake contour map anywhere in the
US, overlay data, annotate it with text and symbols, then order a large-format, even waterproof, copy that will be printed and shipped
within 24 hours.

"With our resources and strengths combined, it’s going to be much easier and less expensive for folks to get their hands on the maps
they need," added Tom Kohley, co-founder of myTopo.com.

Under the merger agreement, AO Hunt, LLC will become the parent company, with MapCard and myTopo.com remaining independent
product lines. MyTopo.com and related printing operations for AO Hunt will remain in Red Lodge, Montana. AO Hunt, LLC is a privately
held company based in Eagan, Minnesota. For more information, please contact Paige Darden, director of public relations, AO Hunt,
