Biomass To Biochar – What Are The Possibilities?, 3/21-22, St. Regis, Montana

The Mineral County Challenge invites you to attend a Biomass to Biochar Symposium in St. Regis, Montana, on March 21 with a tour of Tricon Timber, LLC and a forest restoration site in Mineral County on March 22.

Our goal is to bring together scientists and researchers, forest managers, biochar and timber industry officials, conservations groups, economic development entities, community developers, and elected officials to examine the significant potential pyrolysis technology holds for addressing forest health, soil quality, mine reclamation, and energy generation in Montana.

Please visit Biomass to Biochar Symposium http://www.themontanachallenge.net/The%20Mineral%20County%20Challenge/biomass%20to%20biochar to review the agenda, access pertinent background information, register for the symposium, and participate in our biochar forum. We encourage everyone to use the forum to exchange information and network both before and after the symposium.

Please be sure to register if you plan on attending. There is a $25 registration fee to cover costs of renting the venue and providing lunch and snacks to participants.

Do not hesitate to contact SuzAnne Miller, Dunrovin Research, [email protected] 406-273-7745 for additional information.
