RightNow http://www.rightnow.com/ , Bozeman’s largest commercial employer and only publicly traded company, has recently grown to more than 1,000 employees, a milestone for the company that CEO Greg Gianforte founded in a spare bedroom of his house.

Wednesday, the high-tech, customer-service solutions company reported to Wall Street that its revenue topped $185 million in 2010, a 22 percent increase over last year. Of that, just more than $20 million was profit.
