Dorsey & Whitney LLP Ranked Fourth Among Law Firms For Number of U.S. M&A Deals in 2010

International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it ranked fourth among all law firms for the number of U.S. M&A deals completed in 2010, according to Thomson Reuters. The firm represented its clients in successfully completing 122 U.S. transactions during 2010. The firm also ranked fourth for the number of U.S. Mid-Market M&A (up to $500 million) deals completed in 2010 and 12th among all law firms for the number of deals completed worldwide.
