Position: Loan Officer

Classification: Full-time, exempt

Reports to: Vice President

Salary: DOE

Position Summary: The Loan Officer evaluates businesses, underwrites loans, and manages a loan portfolio. This position works extensively with MCDC clients before and after loans are made. The position works closely with other members of the Lending Team, MCDC’s Consulting Team, and is guided by MCDC’s Lending Policy.

Position: Client Accounting Advisor

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Reports to: Small Business Development Center Director

Salary: DOE

Position Summary: The Client Accounting Advisor evaluates businesses and works directly with clients to diagnose business health and assist clients to structure and implement strong accounting systems. The position works extensively with MCDC clients, other members of the Consulting Team, and MCDC’s Lending Team.
