Montana Signs New eGovernment Contract with Montana Interactive to Continue mt.gov Website

The state of Montana has signed a new long-term contract with Montana Interactive LLC to provide eGovernment services through the state’s official Web portal (http://www.mt.gov). The contract includes an initial five-year term with renewal options that run through December 2020.

"Each and every day NIC employees work to deliver innovative results, make online government services more convenient, and provide secure payment processing solutions. We look forward to continuing to do this on behalf of Montana’s citizens and businesses."

As with the original contract signed in 2001, Helena-based Montana Interactive will continue to provide eGovernment services using a transaction-funded solution. This model provides eGovernment services to the state at no upfront cost to citizens and businesses.
