Develop federal, state and foundation grant applications, appropriation requests and service proposals for regional economic development efforts. Develop site location proposals for business prospects in a variety of industries.

Some project management. Requires excellent writing, grant research, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have quality, high-level experience in federal grant writing. Must be willing to relocate. No consultants please. Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with skills and experience (salary range $40,000-55,000). EOE.
