The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

We are looking for a small business IT consultant to contract with to upgrade Microsoft Windows Server 2003 to 2008 and regular basic maintenance.

We are currently running Windows 2003 Small Business Server with Exchange and Sharepoint, and ESRI ArcGIS Server Workgroup. Our previous IT contractor is no longer available. We are looking for someone to do the upgrade or clean reinstall of Windows 2008 Server, get everything set up and secured, and then provide regular maintenance. This is for a small network environment with less than 5 seats.
