Space Imaging Inc. Contracts Earth Search Sciences For Hyperspectral Survey Over Hayman Wildfire in Colorado

KALISPELL, Mont., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EDIS – News) a leading commercial provider of revolutionary
hyperspectral remote sensing technology, today announced that it has been awarded a contract by Space Imaging Inc. of Thornton, Colorado, to complete a baseline
survey of the Hayman wildfire area southeast of Denver, Colorado.

The initial contract amount is for approximately $100,000. Space Imaging is considered to be a world
leader in digital Earth information and is the operator of the "IKONOS" satellite.

According to the U.S. Forest Service, the Hayman fire has consumed 137,760 acres and has become Colorado’s worst fire ever. The hyperspectral imagery can be used
to assess and measure damage to forest and other types of land cover. It can also be used for fire modeling, disaster preparedness and insurance and risk management.
If more data collections occur over the fire area in the future, this survey will provide a baseline with which to measure rates of recovery of various types of vegetation.
