Service key in global economy – Montana Business Leadership Council
In a global marketplace, it’s difficult for America to compete on price. Someone somewhere will almost always be able to make the widget for less. Quality also is improving around the world, making competition in that area more challenging as well.
“Where we can differentiate ourselves is in service,” Steve Daines told two dozen business leaders and lawmakers Tuesday at a meeting of the newly revived Montana Business Leadership Council http://www.mblconline.net/ .
Daines is general manager and vice president of RightNow Technologies in Bozeman. To that end, Daines said, the 11-year-old software solutions company sells “customer experience management,” helping companies around the world improve their customer service and thus keep those customers on board.
