Based in Billings or Missoula, Montana, this individual contributor position provides a full range of HR support to 700+ employees in multiple properties across the entire region.

In addition to HR generalist activities, our high expectations include:

‘ Growing talent with a focus on great hiring and creating a high performing, high potential staff.

‘ Providing timely and effective HR subject matter expertise and one-on-one coaching on leadership, decision-making and communication style.

‘ Managerial courage and the ability to champion initiatives and drive them through the organization.

‘ Approximately 20% travel.

A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and professional HR experience required. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent problem solving and people skills.
