The second Idaho Startup Weekend aims to help entrepreneurs come up with a winning business plan – Social networking buying venture, GoFi.sh wins
A venture that would help people tap into online social networks to buy items from friends and followers has won the second Idaho Startup Weekend http://idaho.startupweekend.org/ competition.
The winning team, GoFi.sh http://gofi.sh/ , will receive a number of donations from local businesses and organizations to help get it off the ground.
GoFi.sh http://twitter.com/gofishapp describes itself as a buyer-driven game to get the best deals and advice on products and services using existing social networks.

The second Idaho Startup Weekend aims to help entrepreneurs come up with a winning business plan
Shaving the fat off their business plans and finding out fast what didn’t work, about a dozen participants put their heads together this weekend at the WaterCooler in Downtown Boise.
The field of six teams, with help from local professionals, will compete before a panel of judges with a demonstration of their plan on Sunday night.
The winner will receive free office space and additional marketing and mentoring help courtesy of event sponsors.
