Then join me, Secretary of State bob Brown, at From Filing to Finance, a free workshop designed to take some of the mystery out of launching, organizing, and financing a business.

The half-day workshop is co-sponsored by my office and the Chambers of Commerce, in cooperation with Galusha, Higgins & Galusha, Mountain West Bank, First Interstate Bank, and First Community Bank.

*How to determine the tax advantages of various organizational structures (such as corporation, sole proprietorship, and partnership).
