Person is responsible for the day to day operations of the human resource office which includes recordkeeping and documentation; recruiting and staffing; employee relations; employee safety; policy development and documentation; benefits; compensation and performance management/discipline.

Successful applicant will have a combination of related education and experience. Preferred applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in business and experience in safety issues in a manufacturing environment. Salary is DOE.
