Bozeman, Montana Based RightNow Technologies continues to grow, posts profit in 2009

Bozeman-based RightNow Technologies http://www.rightnow.com/ announced this week it had posted a profit in 2009, following two consecutive years of losses.

But the customer-service solutions company’s forecasts for 2010 prompted Wall Street investors to sell Thursday.

RightNow posted a $5.9 million profit in 2009, compared to a $7 million loss in 2008. Fourth-quarter revenue jumped 15 percent from the same time last year, from $36.1 million to $41.6 million, contributing to $152.7 million total revenue in 2009.
