Utah state senator proposes cutting 12th grade – "The State with the Best Education Wins!"

A Utah state senator is proposing cutting 12th grade from Utah high schools.
Republican Sen. Chris Buttars of West Jordan says sometimes the 12th grade is spent fooling around.
On Monday Buttars told a subcommittee that getting rid of 12th grade would save the state $102 million.
