Survey after survey about what Arizonans hope for their state all show the same key messages: a growing economy with high-paying jobs, a good education system, and an improving environment fostering a good quality of life.

This is not surprising as surveys in the other 49 states show almost identical desires. In fact, if you travel the world, there are about 150 countries where the citizens wish for a future identical to that envisioned for Arizona.

This commonality in vision immediately tells us three things.
