Budget office gives raises to 14 people

Fourteen employees in the governor’s budget office recently received pay raises ranging from 2 percent to 19 percent, despite a two-year pay freeze imposed on many state workers by the 2009 Legislature at Gov. Brian Schweitzer’s urging.
