The McLaughlin Research Institute in Great Falls readies plans for $2 million Montana Department of Commerce grant

The McLaughlin Research Institute http://www.montana.edu/wwwmri/ in Great Falls is laying out plans for a $2 million grant awarded by the Montana Department of Commerce, with some work already in progress.

Associate professor Teresa Gunn, recruited in July 2009 for animal research, will receive a "more suitable" lab area, said the research institute’s director, George Carlson.

"Teresa’s working in a small lab and spilling over into another lab," Carlson said.
