Iconic Sears Building in Butte, Montana Brought Back to Life Through New Markets Tax Credits Program

Uptown Butte’s Historic Sears Building to be restored as a mixed use residential and commercial building with the help of local developers, Glacier Bank, the Montana
Community Development Corporation http://www.mtcdc.org and several other local, state and federal development agencies and programs.
