Survey: Most Missoulians like it here

When we say we like it here, we don’t mean just one or two of us.

Some 94 percent of the people who responded to a Missoula ADAPT survey are satisfied with the overall quality of life in Missoula. And 88 percent are happy with Missoula’s open space, parks and trails.

"The quality-of-life rating for Missoula County is just through the roof," said Ruth Link, a spokeswoman for the Missoula Organization of Realtors and member of ADAPT. "I think that’s just a testament to where we live."

Missoula ADAPT, Area Development And Preservation Team, is a nonprofit and loose coalition of professionals and residents interested in housing. The aim of the survey was to get an objective snapshot of the views of Missoulians on a wide range of topics, including their satisfaction with local government.
