Green Economies State-by-State

Many economists say that there could be a jobless recovery in the next few years, but development of green economies in the states could create jobs. The National Governors Association Center for Best Practices recently found that every state is seeing growth in at least one area of the green economy, and that growth is often based on current strengths.
