Conference to discuss media in Montana

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

The Burton K. Wheeler Center http://www.wheelercenter.org/ at Montana State University’s fall conference, “Failure to Inform: Is There a Looming Media Crisis in Montana?” kicks off on the evening of Sept. 30 and continues all day Oct. 1 in Missoula.

What is the case in Montana? Is our media industry immune from what is happening on the national level?
