Free 7j Training on Cost & Pricing For Small Businesses & The Native American Economic Development Summit

Small businesses are invited to attend a free one-day workshop on “Cost and Pricing” to be held in Billings on August 11, 2009, at MSU-Billings Student Union Building, Beartooth Room from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The training will be conducted by R.T. Swindell and O’Neal Tec Training.

The “Cost and Pricing” workshops will highlight:

· Regulatory Environment

· Procurement

· Cost Accounting System

· Cost Accounting Standards

· Cost Estimation and Contract Pricing

Firms that are eligible for the training workshop include: 8(a) certified firms, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), HUBZone Firms, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-owned Businesses, firms that operate in areas of high unemployment or low incomes, and any other minority owned firms that are not included in any of the above categories.
