A Montana Economic Boost – S&K Technologies, Inc. of St. Ignatius, Montana Purchases Controlling Shares of TerraEchos, Inc.

S&K Technologies, Inc. (S&K) purchased controlling shares of
TerraEchos, Inc. in an effort to diversify capabilities in the area of security.

Terms of the
purchase were not disclosed.

TerraEchos, Inc. is a Montana-based company providing
the Adelos™ sensor system, an advanced covert intelligence and surveillance sensor
system protecting high value critical infrastructure, monitoring sensitive perimeters, and
securing vulnerable borders. TerraEchos is a preeminent leader in intelligence,
surveillance, and intrusion detection and monitoring technology. The company is
commercializing this technology to meet growing government and private sector security
demands in various sectors.

which uses proprietary technology developed by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center –

The Adelos system is wholly developed by Montana-based small businesses. The
hardware components are manufactured by S&K Electronics, a company owned by the
Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and based out of Pablo, Montana. The
geospatial software system components are developed by GCS Research, based out of
Missoula, MT. “We are very excited about the strategic investment S&K Technologies
