Venture Capital Forum Exclusively for Women-led Life Sciences Companies

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

This Venture Capital Forum Exclusively for Women-led Life Sciences Companies will showcase early stage, high-growth investment opportunities to audiences of active angel, venture and corporate investors. I just received this but please note the deadline is June 1.

They are looking for applicants with:

* Built the basic business strategy and, at a minimum, a working prototype/beta of product/service

* Demonstrated a qualified and profitable market opportunity with a defensible competitive advantage

* Achieved significant milestones, such as a product development, distribution or licensing contracts, grants, beta clients, customers, revenue, strategic partnerships, etc.

* Assembled a credible core management team with demonstrated ability to execute

* A woman in key management position holding a significant equity stake
