Bozeman, Montana parents applaud turnaround in special ed

Chad Berg is just finishing his first school year after taking over the Bozeman School District’s troubled special-education program, and parents of children with disabilities say he is making a big difference.

Maggee Harrison, president of the Bozeman-area Special Education Parent-Teacher Association, or SEPTA, said she was “thrilled” with Berg’s work, especially with the improved communications between parents and the school district.
