Developmentally disabled service providers say in lawsuit that state cuts will shut them down

A group of 16 companies that provide services to the developmentally disabled filed a lawsuit this month that says state budget cuts could put them out of business and force hundreds of vulnerable people into state institutions in violation of state and federal law.
