Montana State University to honor "Father of Biodiversity" Edwin Wilson

A two-time Pulitzer Prize winner known as the Father of Biodiversity, Edwin O. Wilson, will receive Montana State University’s Presidential Medal for Global and Visionary Leadership on Thursday.
Wilson, an entomologist and research professor at Harvard, will receive the medal at 1:30 p.m. in MSU’s Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. He will also give a short talk and introduce six distinguished scientists who will receive awards that evening for their pioneering work in biodiversity technology.
