St. Regis, Montana project looking for homeowners

Human Resource Council (HRC) has a new project in the Town of St. Regis. We bought a parcel of land that we placed the infrastructure upon to house seven manufactured homes. Water and sewer are in place, alley has been paved, carports have been placed on the lots, all that is missing are the seven households to purchase their manufactured homes and place them upon permanent foundations.

The land the homes would sit upon will be leased to the new home owners similar to a land trust. The HRC will provide a Deferred Payment second mortgage to qualified purchasers assisting them with the financing of their new home – bridging the gap between the first mortgage and the cost of the the home and the site improvements.
